After months of rumors that Kate Gosselin was guilty of child abuse, it looked like her luck was about to turn around, as it was revealed that she was getting a new show on TLC. Unfortunately, that good news didn't last long, as new rumors suggest that her custody battle has intensified.

It's no secret that Kate Gosselin and her ex-husband Jon have been fighting it out for years, and now it seems like things are coming to a head.

According to Radar Online, Jon is sick and tired of Kate canceling his visitation:

"Kate, 39, has been abruptly canceling Jon's visits with the kids and he's prepared to fight back. 'He would love to take her to court and get total custody of his kids,' a source told [Life & Style]. 'He doesn't want them on TV and doesn't want Kate's influence on them. He'll do whatever it takes.'"

This isn't great news for Kate, who has already been battling a wave of negative press.

Much of the bad publicity comes from Robert Hoffman, who wrote a tell all book about Kate Gosselin. According to Hollywood Life, excerpts from the book are truly shocking:

"Kate allegedly used something called 'the spanker' to hit her children until they were 'happy' again...The book also reveals that Kate often wrote in a private journal about her troubles disciplining the children, and even believed her son Colin, 2 years old at the time, did things specifically to annoy her. Colin spent a lot of time sitting in a corner staring at the wall as punishment for his 'intentional' bad behavior."

What do you think about the latest rumors? Will Jon really be seeking custody? Is there a chance he could win a custody battle?
