Married Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi Pregnant Divorce Split; Baby Bump Saves Relationship? [GOSSIP NEWS]
Great news Ellen DeGeneres fans--not only is the day time talk show host's marriage to Portia de Rossi said to be in the best shape it's been in for years, word has it that the Scandal guest star is already pregnant with their first child. According to the latest gossip news updates, after coming very close to getting divorced and splitting up this summer, the Oscars host decided to devote herself to saving their relationship. So, even though Ellen may have made a big stink about not wanting children in the past, reports are starting to surface that her Arrested Development beauty is sporting the faintest of baby bump accompanied with an unmistakable glow of a woman who is pregnant.
Thankfully, Ellen DeGeneres is finally said to have gotten completely over her baby boycott and even suggested during their recent summer vacation to Croatia that wife, Portia de Rossi, have the child like she's always dreamed.
A source claiming to be close to Ellen and Portia explained to Star Magazine for their October 6, issue, that DeGeneres didn't cave on having a baby to save their marriage--she did it to enrich their lives:
"The truth of the matter is, the baby wasn't an attempt to save the relationship.
"Ellen felt that because of the change they had both made, they were already in a good place.
"She told Portia that she feels a baby is a missing piece of their puzzle, and would unite them forever."
According to the insider, Portia is already starting to look like they aren't going to be able to keep the secret for much longer:
"Portia has already gained about 10 pounds...and there is a lot of buzz among their friends that she is already two months pregnant.
"Portia is smiling more than she has in a long time--she's certainly got that pregnancy glow."
And with all the talk about divorce subsiding it seems that Ellen's funny is finally firing on all cylinders once again.
DeGeneres most recent spoof of Matthew McConaughey's Lincoln car commercial has folks legitimately wondering why they didn't have Ellen in the original spot in the first place (via E! News):
"I have so many questions...But my biggest question is I don't know why they cut me out of it.
"That's my biggest question. I was in the original version and I think it made more sense when I was in it."
Hell...had Ellen been cast to play Rayon in Dallas Buyers Club, perhaps she would have been the one accepting the Oscars instead of just handing them out.
