For the first time in her tenure on Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Brandi Glanville, may actually have a point about cast hypocrisy. According to the latest gossip news updates, Donald Trump's drunk Celerity Apprentice is defending Kim Richards actions leading up to the Amsterdam wine glass assault as not being on par with nearly blinding everyone over dinner. Brandi rightly points out that Lisa Vanderpump and the rest of the ladies seemed absolutely flabbergasted at her hurling wine at Eileen Davidson earlier in the year, but didn't seem to bat an eyelash at Rinna shattering a glass on the table everyone was sitting at because Kim said the word "husband".

The violence of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 was ratcheted up yet another notch this week when Lisa Rinna smashed her wine glass on the dinner table during their Amsterdam vacation to keep Kim Richards from mentioning some presumably earth shattering secret about the soap opera star's husband Harry Hamlin.

A behind-the-scenes production source told Us Weekly that that altercation forever divided Lisa and Kim as enemies, which will be made even more painfully apparent as the season continues to unfold:

"Kim was trying to imply something about Harry as a sort of revenge for questioning her sobriety,"

"Since Amsterdam, those two really hate each other.

"The reunion is intense."

Besides citing the incident as further proof that Kim and Brandi are two of the worst people to have ever moved to Beverly Hills, the cast seem unconcerned with the fact that Lisa's outburst was without a doubt the most violent thing seen on this Bravo series to date.

Glanville, for one, noticed how quickly Rinna seemed to be forgiven for her criminal misdeeds and called out the entire cast on her Bravo blog as being little more than well-heeled hypocrites:

"Tossing an inch of wine while 'play acting soar opera' was worthy of pearl clutching and disgust usually reserved for when people mind a mass grave.

"[But] Reaching across a table to rip someone's throat out with your nails, hurling a full drink with ice cubes in a face, and the best of all, purposefully smashing a large wine glass in the direction of my and Kim's face wasn't discussed at all."

So much for the old adage that it's all fun and games until someone loses and eye...it looks like all this stopped being fun quite a long while ago.
