Former K-Pop Girls Generation Star Jessica Jung Poses Topless for Magazine

The June edition of Beauty magazine will feature former Girls Generation star Jessica Jung in her most daring photoshoot yet. Jung has been doing more and more modeling, but the photos this time are of a more daring and provocative Jung. Her new found freedom seems to be agreeing with her.

In an article appearing on KPopStarz, the author of the piece waxed about Jung's growth and wondered out loud about the statement such a photo shoot may make:

"In her pictorial with BEAUTY+ we get a sense that Jessica will continue to surprise us in the future. For the first time ever in a pictorial, Jessica posed topless and wearing nothing else but wide-leg trousers. The photo is not at all risqué, but is rather very artsy and calming, especially for Jessica who looks very comfortable in her own skin."

Whether it is her trying to shed her teen image or whatever, Jung is looking forward in her career, and that means making the transition, image-wise at least, into adulthood. The 26-year old Jung was famously forced out of Girls Generation last year, due to a creative difference with the rest of the band.

She did a solo album, but Jung's true interest seemingly lies in acting and fashion. Jung also has been hard at work continuing to try to grow her fashion label Blanc & Eclaire.

Previously, the magazine Marie Claire had released their own feature on Jung, who surprised her fans by showing off a more mature side.

Despite being booted to the curb by her bandmates, Jessica Jung's career is on an upward trend. The Beauty+ pictorial shows off the evolution of the young lady who has grown up from being in an all-girl group to being a star.
