Spoiler Alert: Recently, Entertainment Weekly ran a cover story featuring the cast of DC Comics 2016 release Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and right front and center was Wonder Woman. The Amazonian Princess played by Gal Godot (Fast & The Furious) will reportedly play a much larger role in the new movie than we thought. Zack Snyder recently referred to her a “gateway drug” to the Justice League, leading many to believe that her role will be a lot more than just a cameo.

Director Zack Snyder recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly about all things Batman v Superman, including Wonder Woman’s role in the new movie (via Superhero Hype):

“She plays a super-important part. In a lot of ways, she’s the gateway drug to
the rest of the
Justice League.”

Gal Godot herself opened up about the pressure of taking on such an iconic character:

“There are so many expectations for this character, it’s impossible not to
be a little nervous about it.”
