Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick Dating Says Kris Jenner?

Depending on who you talk to, Scott Disick is either on the verge of physical collapse, going back to rehab or getting back together with his ex Keeping Up with the Kardashians girlfriend, Kourtney K. According to the latest gossip news updates, Lord Disick has been losing weight at an astonishing rate since their split -- thanks to his hard partying. Regardless of whatever substance abuse issues that the reality TV star might have, Kourtney's mother' Kris Jenner recently explained that she just knows that pretty soon the longtime couple will get over their issues and start dating again.

Some of those closest to him these days swear that Scott Disick is virtually wasting away these days -- partying himself into an early grave without Kourtney there to keep him in line.

One source in the latest September 28, issue of In Touch Weekly claims that Scott has lost so much weight in the weeks since Kourtney left him that most of his wardrobe is no longer a valid option for him these days:

"He's not taking care of himself at all...He does drugs and doesn't sleep and doesn't eat. He's got hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of clothes that he can't wear because they're all so baggy on him now.

"So he just wears the same shirt and shorts all the time."

Kris Jenner, for one, doesn't know anything about Scott's hard-partying lifestyle, and she doesn't want to know.

During a recent chat with Access Hollywood the Keeping Up with the Kardashians' matriarch explained that not only does she not want to talk about Disick's downslide, she genuinely still believes that one day in the near future Kourtney and Scott will be getting back together:

"You know what, I don't see that side, so I don't want to talk about what I don't know. I just know that, you know, they'll figure it out.

 "Scott is like my son. He came over yesterday. He was on his way over to see the kids. He's a great dad. They've got things to figure out.

"My wish is that, you know, they work it out and figure it out and we'll see what happens."
