Tyga's Grammys 2016 After Party: Paul McCartney Unrecognized and Rejected?

Paul McCartney may be one of the most popular artists in the whole world, but now that he's gotten a little older, he's becoming less and less more visible to the public eye. That is why when he tried to go to a Grammys 2016 after party where Tyga was performing, the bouncer didn't recognize him right away and he was refused to enter the Argyle nightclub in Hollywood on Feb. 15.

Sure the 73-year-old has more lines on his face compared to the very first time he rocked the music industry in the '60s with his Beatles band members, John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, but to see a legend being turned down to enter an establishment is definitely hard to watch.

In a cringe-worthy video obtained by TMZ, McCartney, his wife, Beck and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins were followed by the site's cameraman as they headed to the club.

They first mingled with the cameraman until the door opened and they went straight to the front, seemingly unaware of their fate. The bouncer then closed the door on McCarthy's face and he can be heard saying, "How VIP do we gotta get?" The stunned musician then turned to his companions telling them, "We need another hit, guys, we need another hit!"

When Tyga learned of the incident, he took to Twitter on Feb. 16 to explain his side of the story, He told his followers that he wasn't aware of the situation and he had no "control" of who can enter and who can't.

“I don’t control the door. I had no knowledge SIR PAUL was there. I just performed and left,” the 26-year-old rapper wrote.
