The 100’s executive producer, Jason Rothenberg, recently teased the Lincoln and Octavia’s releationship will change things next season, telling TV Line’s Ask Ausiello:

“Lincoln and Octavia have a genuine romance, and to me, that’s the romantic heart of the show. It’s a union between the Grounders and the people from the Ark, which is really where we’re going next season.”

The CW is re-airing every episode of the first season in order. If you haven’t seen the show then now is your chance to catch up before Season 2. However, you will already be two episodes behind. Check out the official plot synopsis found on the show’s wiki to see what you missed during last week’s re-airing:

“After successfully surviving his wounds, the Chancellor learns of his son's supposed fate. The Ark council begins to wrestle with the fact that over 200 people will have to be culled for the Ark to survive another six months. At a vote of the council, the vote is tied and the Chancellor abstains. This action will cause not 200, but 300 people to be culled in ten days, unless Abigail can discover a way to contact the surface. In the midst of this, Raven, a zero-gravity mechanic, discovers that the 100 were sent to Earth(a secret from the Ark populace), and is recruited by Abigail to fix a drop pod to send herself to the ground. Meanwhile on Earth, Clarke returns with her group having lost Jasper, but learns that he was taken by possible survivors of the nuclear war, whom the group refers to as Grounders. Clarke sets out again with Wells, Finn, Bellamy, and one of his group to rescue Jasper. They discover him tied to a tree with medicine on his wound, and a trap set below him. After fighting off a panther, the group returns to camp with Jasper. As Clarke tends to Jasper's wounds, Bellamy takes the panther meat and forces the 100 to trade their bracelets for food. However, Clarke manages to keep hers. As the Ark watches more bracelets going dark, a Grounder in a mask watches the 100 from the darkness above the camp.”

The 100 returns with all new episodes on Wednesday airing at 9:00 p.m. Oct 22nd, following Arrow.
