“Anaconda” betch Nicki Minaj is taking to the animated world on Cartoon Network’s Steven Universe, with a cameo appearance as Sugilite, a larger-than-life bossypants combination of characters Garnet and Amethyst.
Featured in the “Coach Steven” episode, four-armed, five-eyed Sugilite appears when things get too real for either Garnet, a futuristic looking Erykah Badu, or Amethyst, a chubby looking blonde Little Kim, to tackle alone so they gem fuse together to create ghetto superstar Sugilite, who tends to be a little cray cray.
Advised by Pearl that Amethyst and Garnet can be a little “unstable when combined,” Sugalite responds with, “ We don't need to be careful we just need to be huge” and assumed madness ensues by smashing things with her "wrecking ball thingy." A few tossled arangements here and there and Pearl saves the day, bringing Amethyst and a somehow now, Carribean accented, Garnet back to life as individuals.
