MAJOR ARROW SEASON 3 SPOILERS: Well folks Comic-Con 2014 has come to a close, and while we were sifting through the goodies, we came across a few treats for fans of the hit CW series Arrow. Stephen Amell has been promoting the event for months now, and he didn’t disappoint. Not only did the Green Arrow go pose shirtless for a abtastic photo op, but we also got a good look at the new trailer for Season 3. The new trailer showed a very special preview of all the action ahead, including Superman Returns star Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer, A.K.A The Atom and The Blacklist’s Peter Stormare as New 52 version of Count Vertigo. We also got an official confirmation that the legendary Batman villain Ra’s al Ghul will be in the new season. Don’t believe us, check out the video below to see for yourselves:
The Arrowverse is growing! The show is getting so big that they are tapping into Batman territory. The Demon Head, Ra’s al Ghul is coming to Starling.
Earlier in the year, Manu Bennett, (Season 2 Big Bad Deathstroke) spoke with MTV, where he where he teased Ra’s, for the Season 2 finale:
"He's not going to be able to beat me up on his own, which means he'll have to call on numbers,When the numbers thing starts happening, the war escalates, and it's all about numbers. We'll see the introduction of the Suicide Squad. And Ra's al Ghul... These guys have all been seen on the periphery. Starling City is about to become a battleground."
