For months now, tabloids have reported that Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes, who is pregnant with her first child, are either engaged or breaking up. Those claims have temporarily subsided, however, as Mendes' personal trainer has been granting interviews.

Ramona Braganza, who has worked with both women as a personal trainer and nutritionist, has been speaking up about what it takes to stay in top form.
The renowned trainer spoke to Daily Mail, and her secrets to a healthy body turned out not to be secrets at all. According to IBT, it just involves eating healthy and exercising:
"[Ramona's] 3-2-1 training method includes three cardio segments, two circuit strength training and one core segment. This training method made celebrities including Jessica Alba and Halle Berry maintain their great shapes. Ramona said it is really important to eat the right kind of food."
Of course, that's not the only reason that Eva Mendes finds herself in the news. Last week, photographs were published of moving trucks outside her home.
This led many to speculate that Eva is moving into a bigger house for her and her upcoming child. Others, however, felt that Mendes was simply moving things around to make room for a nursery.
Either way, don't expect Eva to comment. The secretive celeb loves her privacy. In fact, rumors are circulating that even Ryan Gosling was shocked by Eva's new baby bump.
According to Radar Online, Ryan was floored by the news, especially considering he isn't ready to marry his beautiful girlfriend:
"[The pregnancy] was completely unplanned. Ryan was surprised, especially because they had broken up early last year, only to get back together... Their disagreements always come back to a central issue: Eva wants to marry Ryan, but so far, he has resisted."
