Apparently, six Housewives may be all you need to start the most epic season reunion recap fight in Bravo history, but it just wasn't enough for Season 7 of Real Housewives of Atlanta--so the producers added two more to the cast. Not only are they bringing back everyone from last year, including brawlers Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams, Demetria McKinney and radio personality Claudia Jordan are also joining the shade throwing melee. According to the latest gossip news updates, Glee guest star, NeNe Leakes, is already threatening to quit the show once her contract expires at the end of this year. By all accounts, the former Dancing with the Stars contestant, has practically been counting the days until she's off the show on Twitter.
Now that filming has already started on Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the good folks over at Bravo had decided to finally confirm this years's cast lineup.
According to Us Weekly, not only are we getting the same crew of misfits from last year, Bravo producers have added a bit of new blood:
"The current cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta will all be returning for season seven, multiple sources confirm.
"Plus, two more...singer/actress McKinney has officially signed on to be a full-time Housewife.
"TV and radio personality Jordan--who has appeared on the U.S. version of Deal or No Deal--will [also] have a supporting role."
As hard as it may be to believe, NeNe Leakes seems like she already can't wait until the season ends and she is done with the reality TV drama for good.
NeNe took to Twitter to voice her cryptically complaints as well as allude to a life in the not too distant future that will preclude interaction with any horribly Housewives.
"The viewers seem to forget I came onto the set with a whole different cast of women.
"Sometimes you meet people and you like them. Then you get to know them, you think, you know, I actually thought I liked her... but I don't.
"We are shooting season 7 right now, so the viewers will see how it plays out
We can hardly wait.
