'50 Shades of Grey' Movie: After Charlie Hunnam, Rita Ora Breakup; Dakota Johnson, Jamie Dornan Apartment Interest Spike

There has been a lot of news surrounding the upcoming 50 Shades of Grey movie. Not only has there been drama like Charlie Hunnam leaving the film and Rita Ora breaking up with her man shortly after filming, but now it appears that Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan have spiked interest in a Seattle apartment.

It's unlikely that even EL James expected her popular book series, 50 Shades of Grey, to generate as much buzz as it has. Not only has it dominated social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter, but now it's creating buzz within the real estate community as well.

This is particularly true for Escala, an upscale apartment building in Seattle, Washington. As CNN reports, the building was displayed in the film's trailer, and since then, the phone has been ringing off the hook:

"Ever since the trailer for the Fifty Shades of Grey movie came out last month, Erik Mehr's phone has been ringing a lot. Mehr is the real estate broker for the 'Fifty Shades apartment.' Yes, the upscale apartment building in Seattle where fictional billionaire Christian Grey lives -- and does lots of kinky things -- actually exists. It's called Escala."

50 Shades hasn't just affected the lives of real estate agents and property managers either. According to a number of reports, Rita Ora and Calvin Harris actually broke up over the film.

Though the couple reportedly tried to keep their breakup quiet, even The Guardian reported on the end of their relationship:

"Rita and Calvin seemed made for each other. He was a famous music producer...She was a pop singer, best known for being confused with Rihanna wherever she goes forever. They met, they fell in love, and then they recorded a song called 'I'll Never Let You Down.' But then, as these things are prone to do, the romance soured."

Calvin, himself, later confirmed these claims on his Twitter account. However, no mention of the movie was made.
