It seemed that no sooner than No Doubt's frontwoman was named as Christina Aguilera's Voice replacement that reports surfaced suggesting that the Holler Back Girl's marriage to cheating husband Gavin Rosedale was near divorce after 12-years together. According to the latest gossip news updates, however, the mother of three has decided she can stop the split by getting pregnant with a little baby girl. Though, the story about Gwen and Gavin getting back together to make another baby would be a whole lot more believable if Instagram feet model hadn't just had her third child 6-months ago
Despite already have three sons together, recent reports suggest that what Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani need to really get things back to where they were a dozen years ago is a brand new baby girl.
According to a supposed insider who spoke to Star Magazine for their September 8, issue, Gwen has convinced herself that a little girl is what she needs to save her marriage:
"Gwen is ready to start fresh with Gavin and thinks a little girl will help...[she]is praying she'll get pregnant again as soon as possible!"
"Gwen had always hoped to add a daughter to the family, so she is killing two birds with one stone by trying to get pregnant again as a way to have a fresh start with Gavin and keep her marriage alive.
"And a baby girl would make it perfect all around."
Perhaps, Gwen and Gavin can get the boys of Maroon 5 over to babysit, when they need a night out, now that the band sort of owes Stefani for her help on their new album.
The Voice mentors duet will be available next Tuesday reports Billboard; maybe if people buy enough copies Gwen will be able to convince Gavin to stay.
