On the night that Suge Knight was shot in an LA nightclub, there were reportedly two NBA stars trying to get their party on before the joint turned into a crime scene. JaVale McGee of the Denver Nuggets, as well as LA Clippers' big man and Blake Griffin's teammate Glen "Big Baby" Davis were apparently trying to get into the same nightclub where the incident. While McGee reportedly left before the incident occurred, Davis' whereabouts are less certain. Could he have seen the shooting? No word so far.
At the 10ak club last week, shots rang out and hip hop mastermind Suge Night was shot. Earlier that night, though, two NBA stars were reportedly hanging out (via TMZ):
"Big Baby got inside ... but the line proved to be too much for McGee and he decided to leave. Might have been the best decision he made all night."
Ironically, despite his ruthless and violent reputation, the founder of Death Row Records wasn't even the intended target (via Classicalite):
Hip Hop mogul Suge Knight was shot six-times over the weekend, requiring surgery. Knight was in attendance at a MTV Video Music Awards pre-party, in West Hollywood. The party was hosted by rapper Chris Brown, who is believed to be the intended victim of the shooting.
