Shia LaBeouf Pleads Guilty to Disorderly Conduct for Smoking and Groping at June 26 Performance of 'Cabaret'

Shia LaBeouf pled guilty to disorderly conduct today at a Manhattan criminal court for smoking and grabbing the back end of actors at the June 26 performance of Cabaret.

"If we didn’t know who he was, we’d assume he was a bum, literally, from how he looked and how he was acting,” said a witness.

Rumors say that after LaBeouf was arrested outside the theatre, he told cops, "Do you know who I am?" and "F--k you. I’ll f--k you up!"

He then began to spit at the police, to which they put a face mask on him. LaBeouf then, reportedly, called an officer a "f---er" adding, "I have millions and millions of dollars and attorneys. I’m going to ruin your career."

According to the Daily News, LaBeouf basically gets a slap on the wrist:

LaBeouf briefly appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court where he accepted a deal from prosecutors that will see his case dismissed and sealed after six months if he stays out of trouble and completes another three months of substance abuse treatment."

"You must come to court each time the case is on. There must be no new arrests," Judge Diana Boyar warned the troubled "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" leading man.

Boyar said that if LaBeouf doesn't comply, "all bets are off."

"Yes, your honor," LaBeouf said, in pleading to disorderly conduct, a violation that is expected to be expunged from his permanent record.

Tough break, kid.
