Time for another update in the dating life of Twilight star Robert Pattinson. It looks like the heartthrob has backed off from ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart, as rumors suggest that Pattinson is dating FKA twig. While neither celeb has commented on the status of their relationship, Rob and FKA have been photographed spending a lot of time together. This comes as a bit of a surprise, considering that Rob was married over the weekend...sort of.
When it comes to the on-again, off-again relationship of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, it's difficult to determine where the couple stands at any point.
Judging from recent photos, however, one might predict that they are currently in the "off-again" phase.
Robert Pattinson looked happy and possibly in love as a left a NYC restaurant, walking side by side with recording artist FKA twig.
This was enough to get the tabloids stirred up, predicting that the two are now an item. According to the September 22 print edition of Star, love is in the air:
"[Robert Pattinson] was recently spotted leaving the NY city restaurant Gemma with hip British chanteuse FKA Twigs, and friends say the two have been quietly dating for a few weeks. Though it's still too early to tell, many believe this new romance has staying power...their relationship is 'the real deal and getting more serious by the day."
Despite his new relationship, Robert Pattinson got married this past weekend...sort of.
According to a new report, a woman actually married a life-size cut-out of the Twilight star at a ceremony in Las Vegas. Totally failing to identify sarcasm, Lauren Adkins was convinced by a friend to marry cardboard (via Guardian):
"People might think I'm crazy but my flat-pack R-Patz is the closest I'll get to the real thing and he's the one for me," she said. "A friend who thought I was going mad said one night: 'If you love him so much, why don't you marry him?' Her words rang in my ears. She was right. Why didn't I?"
