Pacific Northwest Ballet To Take Over The Stage At New York City Center

Pacific Northwest Ballet will take over the mainstage at New York City Center from February 13-16, 2013.  The ballet company returns back to New York City Center for the first time since 1996.

Pacific Northwest Ballet will present two programs accompanied by music director and conductor Emil de Cou and PNB Orchestra.

Fans of Balanchine ballets will have an opportunity to view a mixed repertory, namely Concerto Barocco (1941), Agon (1957), and Apollo (1928).

The other part of the program will belong to a full length of Roméo et Juliette by Jean-Christophe Maillot.  Pacific Northwest Ballet performed Maillot's contemporary version of Roméo et Juliette as the first American ballet company.
