Dean Ambrose Returns to Raw after Taxi Cab Money Shot and Beat Down on Seth Rollins at Night of Champions

We all knew what was missing from Raw this month. As Jerry Springer came out to counsel Brie and Nikki Bella, who didn't wish it was Dean Ambrose cutting a psychotic promo or jumping out of a giant birthday present. After filming scenes from his upcoming movie Lockdown, Ambrose returned to Raw after showing up to last night's Pay-Per-View. Seth Rollins came to the ring during Night of Champions and demanded to be counted victorious against an absent and injured Roman Reigns. Then cameras cut to the money shot of Dean Ambrose jumping out of a taxi cab and coming down the aisle to beat Rollins down.

It's 8:05 and Raw is already better than it's been all month. Thank God Dean Ambrose is back. Seth Rollins is hot, but he's clearly not about to get a title push while Lesnar, Cena and Reigns circle each other. So while it's good that he interfered with last night's championship match in that it reminded fans that his silly briefcase actually means something, it's also good that Dean Ambrose is done filming his movie. Their feud still has legs, and after some time off, expect to see the former Shield brethren in a Hell in a Cell match.

And tonight, the Lunatic Fringe started raw off proper with a psychotic promo and a sit-in, which John Cena rudely interrupted. After a near confrontation the Authority came out and ruined everything. The best line of the night? Dean Ambrose looking Cena straight in the eye and saying, "Don't give me a reason to not like you, John."

Ambrose provides a breath of fresh air for Raw, a program that has been on cruise control since he left. Now that he's got a little mini-beef with Cena, things might get very interesting this week.
