Word has it that V Magazine's recently all nude cover girl, Christina Aguilera, is desperate and is looking for ex-husband Jordan Bratman to save her career in addition to co-parenting their son, Max. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Voice mentor may have lost most of her baby weight, but she still hasn't gotten her album sales back to what Xtina was once used to seeing them. Rumor has it that Cristina is still very much in love with her fiancé, Matt Rutler, but needs Jordan to come back and breathe new life into his music.
It can't be easy turning to your ex for help, but reports have surfaced that suggest that is exactly what Christina Aguilera is doing in light of her failing recording career.
An insider, who spoke to Star Magazine for their October 6, coverage claimed that after all her recent failures she was looking for her old collaborator to lead her back to the top on the pop charts:
"She has been calling him non-stop and has even offered to pay for advice.
"[But] Jordan has declined attempts to set up business meetings.
"Co-parenting is as far as he will go."
On the up side--Christina has reportedly lost the vast majority of the weight she put on carrying Summer Rain around for nine months.
A friend of the "Dirty" singer told E! News that Aguilera was crazy dedicated to her health during the entire pregnancy, but she ever didn't let things go too far overboard one way or the other:
"Christina was very healthy throughout her pregnancy and is continuing it now after the baby.
"She is very dedicated to yoga. So much that she has never stopped practicing it. She did yoga the entire time she was pregnant.
"Everything is about moderation...She will have cheat meals occasionally too.
"Running after Max also is helping her burn some extra calories. There's never a quiet moment, Max is very active!"
Now, if there was only some diet Christina could get on to make her music relevant once again.
