Reche Caldwell entered a guilty plea to charges of possession and intent to sell ecstasy. Caldwell reportedly shipped and received over a kilo of Molly through the mail before getting busted. The former NFL receiver could face up to 20 years in prison for his crimes, but he may get a lighter sentence for taking a plea bargain; there are no details yet.
Caldwell has pled guilty to a drug crime that could land him as much as twenty years in jail, but it looks as if he may get a lighter sentence for cooperating (via TMZ):
"Prosecutors say the plea was part of a deal Caldwell hammered out with them -- but details of the deal were not immediately released."
Of course, selling party drugs to ravers isn't the only bad behavior Caldwell has allegedly into other illegal activities as well (via NBC Sports):
"Caldwell has been arrested three times this year. In addition to the arrest in connection with this case, he also was arrested in January on an accusation that he was running an illegal gambling operation..."
According to Pro Football Talk/NBC Sports, Caldwell also got arrested for possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.
