Rumors that Jennifer Aniston may be pregnant with her first child have begun to wane. However, hope that there will be a Friends reunion is on the rise. While the reunion seems highly unlikely, it may occur long before Jen actually sets a wedding date to marry her hunky fiancé, Justin Theroux.
After one of the most successful runs in TV comedy history, it's no surprise that fans are still clamoring for more Friends.
Rumors that the cast and crew may be reuniting have intensified in recent months, though several actors confirmed that they had not been contacted for such a project.
But that's never stopped the rumor mill before, and it certainly isn't going to now.
The most recent buzz of a reunion episode comes after it was announced that Friends is headed to Netflix. According to Time, this is a very big deal for the streaming media giant:
"Continuing a seemingly ceaseless burst of Friends nostalgia that's been going since the tenth anniversary of the sitcom's finale, Netflix announced that the entire series' run will be available for streaming beginning January 1, 2015...It's a major deal, given the popularity of the NBC sitcom to this day, not to mention the sheer volume of episodes involved."
While Jen is likely annoyed by all of the Friends reunion speculation, a small part of her must be relieved that tabloids are talking about anything other than her potential pregnancy.
The past few years have seen hundreds of tabloid articles claiming Aniston to be pregnant, however, no one's gotten it right yet.
But at least Life & Style is trying something new-claiming that the 44-year-old actress has turned to adoption. According to The Hollywood Gossip, the tabloid's latest claims could have something to do with Jen's age:
"[Jennifer Aniston] must be getting up there in age, 'cause Life & Style has tweaked its approach to the tried and true 'baby for Jen' angle...Instead of some hunk getting the forever childless Jennifer Aniston pregnant, she's now going to be adopting a child...By herself, it appears, even though she's been engaged for a while...Justin Theroux had nothing to do with this. The secret adoption papers were filled out with no input from her fiancé."
