‘Fast and Furious 7’ Cast Update: Paul Walker Autopsy Alive After Crash; Vin Diesel Reveals Garage Photos? [VIDEO NEWS]

While Universal is slow to release any images of the reworked Fast and Furious 7 since completing the film earlier this year without Paul Walker, whose autopsy revealed was still alive immediately after the car crash, Vin diesel has been doing his best to keep the franchise's fans in the loop on Facebook. According to the attest gossip news updates, Riddick has posted a new photo of Dom Torreto in the Fast 7 garage. In related news, James Wan may be soon directing Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson yet again. It's said that Wan could wind up directing Shazam for New Line, with the WWE superstar in the titular role.

For those Fast and Furious 7 fans that just can't wait for the new trailer to be released the first day in November there is Vin Diesel's Facebook page--often littered with shot and details from the movie.

Most recently was the pic of Vin looking very Dom Torreto in a black muscle tee with a giant silver cross for bling.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson says he has loved his time with the Fast franchise but isn't so sure he wants to come back for number 8.

That doesn't mean he won't soon be working with Fast 7 director, James Wan, again, however.

According to the Hit Fix, there are reports circulating that New Line has only one director currently in mind to handle bringing DC comic Shazam, starring The Rock, to life on the big screen.

President of New Line Cinema, Toby Emmerich, explained that right now all their eggs are sort of in the James Wan basket:

"James will make an important movie for New Line and Warner Bros or DC, and that is definitely part of the plan, and a reason for bringing him into the family.

"He's the only overall director with a deal here, because we see him as a class of one."

According the Emmerich the new Shazam--over a decade in the making--will have an X-Men meets Beverly Hills Cop vibe that will set it apart from the other movies in the genre:

"It's a DC comic, but it's not a Justice League character, and it's not a Marvel comic.

"The tone and the feeling of the movie will be different from the other range of comic book movies."

Apparently, when you bring a money making behemoth back form the dead the way James Wan did with Fast and the Furious 7 for Universal...the studio execs start to tell themselves you are capable of anything.
