Princess Kate Middleton Pregnant Update: Morning Sickness Better After Baby Bump Photo Scandal, Babymoon?

Time for another update in the life of Princess Kate Middleton, who is pregnant with her second child. Middleton's morning sickness seems to be improving, as the duchess has been relaxing on her babymoon. This latest revelation comes after photos of Kate's baby bump created a bit of a scandal.

If you're a fan of the royal family, then you are likely aware that Princess Kate suffers from terrible morning sickness. The popular royal's condition, known as hyperemesis gravidarum, has led to a number of cancelled appearances.

According to ABC news, Middleton's condition is very dangerous:

"Middleton has hyperemesis gravidarum, which is diagnosed when a pregnant woman loses more than 10 pounds due to extreme and persistent nausea and vomiting...[a royal official] says she 'may require supplementary hydration, medication and nutrients.'"

Luckily, things seem to be improving for Princess Kate.

Middleton was recently able to resume her royal duties, as well as take a bit of a vacation. Along with Prince William and her first child, Prince George Alexander Louis, Kate has been relaxing in Scotland.

The trip-which members of the press have dubbed a "babymoon"-is taking place at Balmoral Castle. And, according to People, Will and Kate may be enjoying some private time with their first child:

"The couple and their 15-month-old are thought to have the entire place to themselves as the Queen and Prince Philip are currently not in residence. The castle and its surrounding estate have been enjoyed by the royal family since Prince Albert bought it for Queen Victoria in 1852."

This is likely good news for Princess Kate, who has struggled with maintaining her privacy lately. In fact, some photogs actually created a bit of an international incident when they sold photos of Kate Middleton leaving her doctor's appointment.

In Britain, celebrities (especially members of the Royal Family) are granted more privacy rights than in the U.S.

This, along with a number of other reasons, is why tabloids in the U.K. refused to print the photos. With the mentality being greatly different in the U.S., the Daily News published the photos without hesitation.

As a result, a number of UK media outlets were outraged, though the Palace did not officially comment.

What do you think about the latest developments? Are you excited that the princess can resume her royal duties? Do you think Princess Kate is having a boy or a girl? Was Daily News wrong for publishing the photos?
