‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Katherine Heigl Fired from New TV Show ‘State of Affairs’ after Shonda Rimes Pulls Rank at NBC? [VIDEO NEWS]

Knocked Up knock-out, Katherine Heigl, may be trying to rehabilitate her image as Hollywood's leading trash talking ingrate, but if her former Grey's Anatomy boss, Shonda Rimes, was in charge for NBC's new political TV show drama, State of Affairs, she would have fired the aspiring director day one. According to the latest gossip news updates, Shonda still uses Heigl's name to this day as a byword for a person whose acerbic personality leaves them unfit to work with despite their level of talent. Interestingly enough--Katherine recently told her Facebook fans that she really wasn't the one with the attitude problem.

Whether Shonda Rimes has heard about her former Grey's Anatomy employee, Katherine Heigl, mentoring kids at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles or not, she isn't interested in ever working with the catty Kathy ever again.

During an in-depth interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Rimes explained that whenever she takes on a new project, the first thing she does is root out and fire all the "Katherine Heigl"s that she can find:

"I don't put up with bullshit or nasty people. I don't have time for it.

"There are no Heigls in this situation."

Hard as it may be to believe, Katherine doesn't seem to see herself as all that nasty a person--once you get to know her.

In addition to telling her Facebook followers that she always rights all her wrongs, Heigl insisted that she really doesn't try to do anything to people to upset them--as far as she can tell (via Huffington Post):

"I certainly don't see myself as being difficult. I would never intend to be difficult.

"I don't think my mother sees herself as being difficult.

"I think it's important to everybody to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully and kindly."

So, you got to understand that if anyone has a problem with the extremely high levels of respect and kindness that Heigl demands from each and every person she works with as being rude or difficult, then that is really their problem...Shonda.
