Sleepthief to release new album this year

Producer and composer Justin Elswick aka Sleepthief, known for his electronic/vocal musical recording projects, plans to release new album this year.

Recently, Sleepthief introduced some of the singers that are collaborating with him on the new project.

Sleepthief, "So, as I work on the album this year, I wanted to introduce some of the singers that you may not have heard of and who are collaborating for the first time with me."

He continues, "Sandra Jill was the lead singer of the 90's band The Waterlillies. I first heard "Sunshine Like You" from a friend in college. I become completely addicted to the song (and the album, Envoluptuosity). I think Jill has one of the most beautifully-toned vocals I've ever heard. It was really neat to get an email from her a few months ago after she read an interview where I had mentioned really hoping to work with her one day! Dreams do come true!"

Sleepthief's new album will also contain Caroline Lavelle's cover of the song "Moorlough Shore."

Sleepthief, "That song was my first intro. to Caroline's music and was very influential on my own music. So, it will be fantastic to do a new version for the Sleepthief album."

Previously, Justin Elswick released 2 full length projects under Sleepthief, The Dawnseeker, and Labyrinthine Heart.
