Daniel Radcliffe Near Death After Drinking Poisoned Water On Set, Sneaks Into 'Star Wars?'

It turns out that Daniel Radcliffe nearly died this year, after the world-famous actor drank a cup of poisoned water on set. Luckily, he survived to tell the tale, as well as others, including the time he snuck onto the set of the upcoming Star Wars film.

The world almost lost Harry Potter to a magical potion...of sorts.

While filming his new movie Horns, the celebrity decided that he would have a glass of fresh water. As this would normally be a perfectly healthy scenario, Radcliffe downed an entire glass of the liquid before realizing that something wasn't quite right.

It turns out that Daniel actually drank an entire glass of anti-freeze, which he revealed on Conan (via New York Daily News):

"They don't want the water to freeze in the pipes in the trailers overnight, they put antifreeze in it...so, it's all non-potable water that comes out of the tap...I did not know that so I drank a full cup. So, I guess like half antifreeze...I got just horrendously ill and didn't know why I had become so ill."

Of course, that's not the only funny story that Daniel told Conan.

Radcliffe also spoke about the time he snuck onto the set of the upcoming Star Wars flick. But don't get excited just yet, sci-fi fans.

It turns out that Daniel is pretty late to the game when it comes to the popular sci-fi franchise, as Telegraph tells readers:

"In his recent Reddit Ask Me Anything session, [Daniel] admitted that he only watched the original trilogy this year and called himself a 'very recent Star Wars fan,' something he told Abrams and Ford. 'JJ looked at me like I'd grown another head,' Radcliffe said, 'although Harrison Ford saved me by saying one of his daughters hadn't seen [the films], which made me feel a lot better.'"

What do you think about the latest revelations? Can you believe Daniel nearly killed himself?
