Channing Tatum Cast in New Quentin Tarantino Move; Wife Jenna Dewan Pregnant? [NEWS UPDATE]

Channing Tatum has officially been at work on Quinten Tarantino's new movie, The Hateful Eight, since Friday, but his actual role in the gritty Western still remains a mystery to the world at large. Although, very little is known about Channing's part, word has it that Tatum's character is much more integral to the plot that Jonah Hill's Django Unchained cameo. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Magic Mike XXL star's personal life is said to be doing just as well as his career. Despite the endless reports that Channing and his Witches of East End wife, Jenna Dewan, want a divorce, word has it their marriage is doing better than ever. In fact, the Tatum's are even said to be trying for baby number two, now that Jenna has enough free time to get pregnant again.

It looks like it might be time to say goodbye to Christoph Waltz and hello to Channing Tatum as Quinten Tarantino's latest Hollywood muse.

According to The Guardian, Channing is all set to play a mysterious major role in Tarantino's new movie, The Hateful Eight.

Based on the synopisis made available by Hollywood Reporter, Tarantino's ninth film, which has been billed as a return to the style and tone of his first films, is going to be as much a thriller as it is a Western:

"Set a decade or so after the Civil War, the movie features bounty hunters, fugitives, renegades and other individuals of dubious backgrounds who are forced to hole up in a stagecoach stopover when a snowstorm hits.

"The travelers soon get the feeling that they may not make it to their destination."

Not only is Channing's juggernaut of a career still steadily moving forward after a whirlwind three year run, Tatum's marriage to Jenna Dewan is said to be as strong as ever, despite all the reports from last summer to the contrary.

One source with all the inside details claims in the February 2, issue of OK! Magazine that Channing and Jenna are hoping to have little brother or sister for Everly on the way any day now:

"The pair are even trying for another baby now that Jenna's Lifetime series has been cancelled."

If it's a boy...maybe they could name him Quinten or even Django.
