There is an all new game for the lotto heads out there. Lucky for Life offers players a chance to win $1000 a day, every day for the rest of their lives. The secondary option includes a $2500 a year for the rest of your life. Check the report below for all the rules and details before you buy your tickets.
The South Carolina Education Lottery website offers the official rules for the 9-state game, writing:
“To play Lucky for Life, players select five numbers out of 48 and then choose a "Lucky Ball" number from 1 to 18 or players can opt for a quick pick. Match all six numbers to win the top prize of $1,000 a day for life or elect to take a one-time cash payment.
“Match the first five numbers drawn to win $25,000 a year for life. There are eight other ways to match and win prizes. If there are multiple prize winners at the 5+1, the 5+0, and the 4+1 prize levels, then the value of the prize will be divided as provided in the Official Game Rules. Odds of winning the top prize are about 1 in 30.8 million. Overall odds of winning are 1 in 7.77.”
The all new lucky for life game begins tonight, Thursday Jan 29, and will run each Monday and Thursday night.
Tickets for the all new game cost $2 each.
