EXCLUSIVE: Nate Wooley's 'Seven Storey Mountain' @ ISSUE Project Room [AUDIO]

For a limited time only, Classicalite is pleased to offer nearly 30 minutes of what will likely end up as one of our favorite concerts of 2013. 

Trumpeter Nate Wooley didn't need much; in fact, he never once inserted his mouthpiece. Nevertheless, he received an embarrassment of richly defined noise from some of the brightest lights in the free music firmament. Drummers Chris Corsano and Ryan Sawyer, violinist C. Spencer Yeh and electro specialist Ben Vida deserve special citations for their truly astral playing.

So far, this was the most complete rendition of Wooley's still-not-done Seven Storey Mountain. And from the top of Boerum Hill, it sure sounded like it.
