Derek Jeter is the most notorious shortstop to have ever played in Major League Baseball. Since his retirement, he has been seen popping bottles and living the highlife. Also, Jeter and his Sports Illustrated model girlfriend, Hannah Davis, were seen celebrating her recent swimsuit edition cover. In turn, Jeter's ex, Vida Guerra, decided to show the one-time-great why she is hotter than his current armcandy in a revealing photoshoot. Still, others suggest that Guerra will have to try a little harder than that, because Davis doesn't need to take it all off to look "breathtakingly beautiful."
The beginning of Jeter's career was one for the record books. The legendary New York Yankees drafted him right out of High School. Three short years later, he was leading the Yankees to a World Series title and a Rookie of the Year Award.
Throughout his career, Jeter stacked an impressive repertoire of accomplishments. For instance, he was named the league's MVP in 1998, and he is consistently placed among the AL leaders in hits and runs scored for most of his career.
True, an athlete is sure to feel an immense amount of pride when looking back on such a list. However, according to TMZ Sports, Jeter has some other respectable lists:
"Before Hannah Davis...Minka Kelly...Jessica Biel, Alba, Minnillo, Lima, etc...there was Vida Guerra -- and now she's on a mission to prove she's Derek Jeter's hottest ex. Guerra [says] she respects Hannah Davis (24) and likes her S.I. Swimsuit Edition cover, but wanted to 'respond' with a sexy shoot of her own. 'Hannah is Derek's type for sure, he's always liked tall girls...but she was like seven when him and I dated,' Guerra says."
Now that Guerra is lashing out, one would think Hannah would be threatened. However, according to Page Six, the sexy S.I. representative has nothing to worry about:
"Jeter was spotted celebrating his girlfriend Hannah Davis' controversial Sports Illustrated cover in Midtown with the model. The couple entered the restaurant separately, then were joined by a small group of friends and family inside. Despite the drama surrounding Davis' risqué cover shot, one impressed spy exclaimed: 'Hannah is breathtakingly beautiful. Even dressed in jeans and a sweater, she had the dining room buzzing.'"
