After his alleged involvement in the shooting of an exotic dancer and his subsequent suspensions from the league, Adam Pacman Jones is no stranger to controversy within the NFL. In recent news, Jones found himself the target of paparazzi once again, when he was escorted out of Indiana Casino by police officers. In turn, Jones proceeded to apologize for the questionable event over Instagram.
Before his time as a professional, Jones played college ball for the University of West Virginia. During that time, he was nominated to the second team All-Big East Conference after a career-high 89 tackles and four receptions.
His overall ability and impressive speed earned him a sixth overall pick by the Tennessee Titans in the 2005 NFL Draft. Since then, Jones has jumped between several teams including the Dallas Cowboys and his current team the Cincinnati Bengals.
As previously stated, Pacman is no stranger when it comes to scandals and suspensions, and according to TMZ Sports, recently, he was very close to adding another page of controversy to his book:
"Cincinnati Bengals star Pacman Jones has issued an apology for his actions at an Indiana casino this week [Apparently,] Jones was kicked out of the Hollywood Casino and cops were called to the scene after getting a complaint that he was acting 'disorderly' inside the building...Jones -- who was NOT arrested -- denied breaking any laws...but now, he seems to understand that his actions pissed some people off..."
Since then, Jones has cooled off and the weight of his actions must have taken a toll, because, according to FOX 19, Pacman proceeded to apologize for his actions on every celebrity's favorite medium, Instagram:
"[He said,] 'Life is a learning experience and the more I live the more I learn. I also realize that actions of mine, which I think are innocent, may be interpreted by other people as otherwise and that as a public figure I owe it to my fans, family and supporters to act with the utmost class and dignity at all times. Jones finished his Instagram post saying he wanted to be seen as a great and humble father, husband, person and Bengal...."
