Channing Tatum and Wife Jenna Dewan Buy Carrie Fisher ‘Star Wars’ Home; Adam Rodriguez Talks ‘Magic Mike XXL’ Thong Pain [VIDEO NEWS]

Now that Channing Tatum has a couple of high profile Hollywood movie franchises lined up, it looks like Jonah's Hill's movie partner is moving to a new house in Hills of Beverly. According to the latest gossip news updates, Channing and wife, Jenna Dewan, just laid down $6 million for a house once owned by Star Wars sex-symbol Carrie Fisher in the 90210 zip code. While Tatum's Magic Mike XXL co-star Adam Rodriguez may not have his own super-famous home in Beverly Hills, at least, he is in good enough shape not to have to worry about taking his clothes off for the camera -- unless you count the sudden pain from a fast moving thong.

It may not be Marilyn Monroe's old Hollywood digs, but it's pretty close.

Multiple entertainment news source are reporting Channing Tatum has decided to spend a little bit of his new X-MEN movie money on a posh Beverly Hills home.

According to Variety, Channing picked up the 5 bedroom, 4,853-square-foot home for a cool $6 million, which is quite a markup from when Princess Leah sold the place back in 1994 for $900K.

With a little bit of hard work and a lot of luck, perhaps Adam Rodriguez will also be able to move into the neighborhood that boasts Demi Moore, Harry Style and Lisa Vanderpump among its well-known residents.

During a recent interview with People, the 39-year-actor revealed that he certainly was paying his Tinsel Town dues contending with the razor like thongs he's been wearing for his Magic Mike XXL dance scenes.

Rodriguez explained that the underwear at first seemed slightly safer than he remembered, but that only led to a false sense of security that he soon came to regret:

The thongs actually were a bit more comfortable this time around, slightly.

"Until they're not comfortable.

"They kind of go from zero to 100 real fast."

Despite the dangerous G-strings, Adam insists that dancing with Channing Tatum and the rest of the fellas on the last two films has been the most fun he has ever had in the movie making business:

"No offense to any of the other jobs I've had, but [it's] the most fun, the most challenging in terms of preparation and just the best group of guys.

"When you see the movie, you can't help but have a great time."

Who knows...maybe by Magic Mike 6 or 7, Channing will have the whole crew living in Beverly Hills.
