The winning numbers for the Feb 27 Mega Millions lottery jackpot drawing are: 7, 49, 53, 60, 64, MB 04.
The official Mega Millions lottery website page is reporting on one lucky winner who recently claimed a million big ones:
“January 16, 2015-- ‘I usually buy one Mega Millions ticket; it only takes one,’ said $1 million winner Joel McKinzie. The Lake Crystal, Minn., resident won $1 million on Jan. 13 when the first five numbers on his single quick-pick Mega Millions ticket matched the winning numbers.
“‘I saw on the news [Jan. 14] that there was a Blue Earth County winner. I thought, “Wow! That increases my odds.” I didn’t check the ticket that night even though I had the ticket right in my pocket,’ he said.
“The next morning he checked the numbers online and saw that he won $1 million. ‘It was kind of cool,’ he recalled.
“Kevin’s Market, located at 334 N. Main St. in Lake Crystal, sold the winning ticket.”
