Queen of MMA Ronda Rousey Next Victory Inspired by Mayweather, Pacquaio Tickets -- Has the Champ Lost Focus?

Ronda Rousey is the face of Women's mixed martial arts. She has been analyzed, critiqued, re-analyzed and re-critiqued countless times. Whenever an athlete is as successful as she is, fans tend to wonder what drives them to be so good. In recent news, Rousey unexpectedly revealed that she wants to win at UFC 184 so she can afford tickets to the Mayweather-Pacquaio fight. This is a much different form of motivation than she has subscribed to in the past.

Before her time in the UFC, Rousey was a decorated Olympic medalist in Judo. She made her mixed martial arts debut in August of 2010, and from that moment on, she has changed the face of sports.

Now, Rousey is the undefeated champ. Many have tried to knock her off her throne, and many have failed. At UFC 184, Rousey will face Cat Zingano, and analysts have said that this could be the begging of Ronda's downfall.

So, what does Ronda think about that? According to TMZ Sports, Zingano better watch out, because Rousey has a groundbreaking boxing match to see:

"Ronda Rousey says she has EXTRA motivation to beat the living crap out of her opponent at UFC 184 this weekend...she needs the prize money to pay for tickets to Mayweather vs. Pacquaio!! The baddest woman in the history of MMA was training her ass...and looked extra ferocious as she gears up for Cat Zingano...But when we asked about a rivalry between boxing and MMA...Ronda called BS...saying ALL combat fighters have a respect for each other...and that's why she's pumped for the big fight in May."

Sure the boxing match is a big one, but has Ronda stopped focusing on what is important. According to Yahoo Sports, the fighter's statements have changed drastically:

"[She once said,] I Just think that...people just live soft lives...you go from wearing your soft clothes to sitting in a soft chair to sitting on a soft bed...people go from climate controlled place to place...Everybody is just ok. I like to have a big battle every couple of months...to make up for all the little battles I [have] to loose everyday. I feel that it's healthy as a human being to get a release of that at some point...."
