After a successful custody battle last year, Tamra Barney Judge hoped the days of fighting with her ex-husband, Simon, in court were behind, but that isn't how things turned out. According to the latest gossip news updates, Tamra has permanently lost sole custody of her daughter, Sidney Nicole, to her father. Speaking of having a hard time dealing with the facts -- Gretchen Rossi and fiancé Slade Smiley are said to still be spreading the reported lie that they quit Real Housewives of Orange County of the own volition. Word has it that either the former reality stars are too embarrassed to tell the truth or their time on the TV show has left them with permanent brain damage.
It turns out that Tamra Barney's Real Housewives of Orange County cast mates aren't the only people that can't stand having to be around her.
In a report by Radar Online, documents from Tamra recent court battle with her ex-husband show her daughter, Nicole, just couldn't handle living with her mother any longer:
"Simon Barney shall have sole physical custody of Sidney Nicole Barney...Tamra Barney Judge shall have visitation with Sidney Nicole Barney every other weekend, and one day midweek from 4:00 to 7:00 pm every week, and any other additional times at Sidney's discretion."
Additionally the court has also order the mother and daughter to continue their joint therapy to try and resolve some of the issue that are destroying their chances at any kind of relationship in the future.
Perhaps, even more embarrassing that driving your own daughter away with your overbearing bullying is unconvincingly telling everyone that knows you that you quit your last job, even though it's already been widely reported that you were fired.
A source close to the couple told Radar Online, that more than a year later, former cast member's Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley are still lying right to everyone's faces about the reason they are no longer apart of the Bravo series:
"Gretchen and Slade say they walked away from a lucrative multi-season contract with Bravo,"
"They claim that they desperately wanted to get away from all the drama."
According to the spy, Gretchen and Slade have never truly been in a financial positon strong enough to have even considered walking away from something as lucrative as Real Housewives of Orange County unless they weren't forced to do so:
"They would have remained on the show for years if they had had the choice...They need money!"
If Slade and Gretchen really are hard up for money, Simon Barney may need a new babysitter.
