Lifetime’s Dance Moms is all new tonight Check out the plot to see what is store for the girls of the Abby Lee Dance Company. Recently, one of the show’s biggest stars, Maddie Ziegler performed with Sia and her “Chandelier” with SNL and Ghostbusters star Kristen Wiig. Now Sia has opened up about how Dance Moms inspired her to casting Ziegler.
The official synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Dance Moms, titled “The Great Divide,” reads:
“The ALDC returns to Pittsburgh and the pressure is on to win after the girls' lackluster performance in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, division occurs among the moms based on who stayed to film the MattyB music video and who left; and one member must sit out when Abby learns the team is in the teen division.”
Dance Mom’s is already massive stars. One of the many names to watch is Maddie Ziegler. Maddie has skyrocketed to success with her performance in Sia’s music videos.
Recently, Sia spoke up about how Dance Moms inspired her to cast Zeigler (via Moviepilot):
" I was watching Dance Moms and I saw Maddie and I thought she was incredible. I cried when I watched something that she did, and I thought if I can cry watching a kid do that kind of choreography that's highly commercial then she must have something special."
Recently Ziegler danced at the Grammy’s with Saturday Night Live vet and soon to be Ghostbuster Kristen Wiig for the performance.
