For nearly a year now, the tabloids have insisted that Jay Z and his gorgeous wife Beyonce are headed towards a divorce. Those claims saw a resurgence in recent weeks, as Jay Z refused to take a paternity test for a woman who claims to have his lovechild. This, coupled with rumors that Beyonce is struggling with her second pregnancy, has led to a spike in breakup reports for the hip-hop couple.
Jay Z is no stranger to controversy. After all, he admits (and sings about) the fact that he once sold crack.
Sure, Jay Z has come a long way from his crack dealing days, however, it doesn't mean that the "99 Problems" singer is free from controversy.
That was made fairly evident last year, when Beyonce's younger sister brutally attacked the A-list rapper in a Met elevator. And, once again, Jay Z finds himself battling another potential PR disaster.
Turns out that Jay Z is being sued by a NY woman named Wanda, who claims that Jay Z is the father of her son. Z reportedly refused to take a paternity test, and VH1's Gossip Table thinks they know why.
According to VH1, even if Jay Z is totally innocent, he could still lose by taking the paternity test:
"The Gossip Table says that if Jay did take the test and it proved that he's not Rymir's father, it would open up doors for any person to claim Jay as his father and have him take a paternity test, too. With so many other aspiring rappers, you can imagine what a mess that would become."
Of course, that's not the only reason that Bey Z find themselves in the news.
A number of media outlets are reporting that Beyonce is struggling to have a second child, much like onetime friend Kim Kardashian.
According to She Knows, however, rumors that Beyonce is even attempting to get pregnant again stem from the laughable OK! Magazine:
"Beyoncé has reportedly turned to fertility medication to help her get pregnant with baby No. 2...The singer has been trying to get pregnant after ending her worldwide On the Run tour with husband Jay Z and it hasn't been easy, according to OK!."
