Reverse Flash Harrison Wells Tom Cavanagh Talks ‘Out of Time,’ Vibe Cisco Death: Iris West Candice Patton Talks Barry Kiss [SPOILERS] [PROFESSOR ZOOM]

A lot of stuff just happened on the hit CW series The Flash, last night, so needless to say, but there are are MAJOR SPOILERS in this report. During the March 17 episode titled “Out of Time,” Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) revealed that he was really The Reverse Flash Professor Zoom, A.K.A. Eobard Thawne, before killing Vibe, A.K.A. Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes). A tidal wave is also about to destroy Central City and Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) just revealed to Iris West (Candice Patton)that he is The Flash. However, the Flash just found himself back in time, to the beginning of the episode, meaning that things could change. Now the real question is how is the show supposed to top what would normally be a season finale level of awesome.

Recently, Tom Cavanagh opened up to Variety about if the show will slow down, following this week’s awesomeness:

“That is not the case [here], so as we read the next one that comes, you’re like, ‘oh, that happens!’ Much the same way that Cisco moment happens, we have large and small moments that use this as a starting point. Our season finale is also something to be reckoned with … it escalates nicely.”

Candice Patton went on to add her reaction the episode:

“I remember when I read this episode I was thinking, ‘where can we go from here? We’ve given everything away, what can we possibly do?’ Andrew [ Kreisberg, Executive Producer) always says, ‘use what you have now and we’ll think of new ideas later,’ and I think that’s what’s really great about our show and this episode. If they’re gonna do this in Episode 15 I can only imagine what the season finale is like and that’s exactly how you should feel, you can only imagine what the finale’s going to be like.”
