It appears that Bobbi Kristina Brown, who was left in a near death state after a drug overdose, may not make a recovery. Bobbi, the daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston, does not appear to be getting better, and she has been moved from the hospital that was providing her treatment to a rehab facility. A new report suggests that the family of the young woman, though still struggling, are now facing the reality of the situation.
Ms. Brown, in an event eerily similar to those surrounding her own mother's death, was found on January 31, in a bathtub, unresponsive from a reported drug overdose.
Since then, the family has been actively fighting to save her life. Unfortunately, it now appears that this may not be possible.
According to CNN, the family have decided to move Bobbi from Emory University Hospital to a presently unknown rehab facility:
"The daughter of the late singer Whitney Houston, in a medically induced coma after being found unresponsive in January, has been moved to a rehabilitation facility, a source close to the family said Friday...Bobbi Kristina Brown, 22, had been treated at Emory University Hospital. No details about the transfer to a rehab facility were given."
Needless to say, the family have been struggling with the heart-wrenching situation. One family insider recently spoke to People, where they revealed what the family has been going through in recent weeks.
Although the situation gets tougher by the day, the source tells People that reality is sinking in for Bobby:
"Reality is really sinking in...We spent the first month in shock, you know? Like, 'Oh my God, I can't believe that this happened.' But now we've had a lot of time to get used to it...the family doesn't always see eye-to-eye...You can't tell Bobby what to do, and he is in charge. We are just letting him do what he wants."
It is unclear at this time if Bobbi's transfer to a rehab facility is indicative of future life support decisions, however, many have signaled this may be a last ditch effort to help the young woman.
