Jay Z Divorce: Beyonce Breakup Follows Lovechild Paternity Test Lawsuit, New Music Service?

Rumors are once again flying that Jay Z and Beyoncé could be approaching divorce. Breakup claims resurfaced as court documents were filed on behalf of an alleged lovechild of Jay Z, whose family is seeking a paternity test. This latest report comes after Jay Z purchased a new streaming music service for a hefty price tag.

Jay Z has 99 problems, but money isn't one of them.

The rapping legend recently purchased Swedish technology corporation Aspiro, which specializes in high-end audio streaming. According to multiple media outlets, the purchase set Jay Z back nearly $60 million.

While the service won't cost subscribers that much, it's still being widely criticized for its hefty price tag.

But, back in October, CEO Andy Chen told The Verge that the TIDAL service isn't for everyone (via A.V. Club):

"This service is not for everybody...Spotify is for everybody. You don't even have to pay! But for quality, you have to pay."

AV Club continues:

"While Spotify freeloaders belly up to the streaming trough, shoving garbage, 320kpbs-quality audio into headphones so crusted with cannery grime and gizzard grease, they can't tell the difference anyway, TIDAL users are pouring fizzy aural champagne into the flutes of their ear canals. They also enjoy high-definition music videos..."

Unfortunately, this isn't the only reason that Jay Z finds himself in the news.

The A-list rapper also finds himself in the headlines over some ongoing court filings.

Lillie Collie, the legal guardian of Rymir Satterthwaite, insists that Jay Z is the father of Rymir. Mrs. Collie tells Radar Online that her case will probably be settled out of court, since Jay Z has refused requests to submit a paternity test:

"Ultimately the case will probably be settled out of court...We've been going through this since 2011 and it has gotten to the point where the family just wants it to be over."
