Jon, Kate Gosselin Feud: Throws Twins Gifts Away After Abuse Allegations? [RUMORS]

It seems like the feud between Jon and Kate Gosselin may never die down. Not only have the two recently been involved in a bit of name calling, but a popular entertainment website just unearthed court documents that claim Jon accused Kate of throwing away gifts he bought for the twins. This latest bit of pettiness comes shortly after Kate was accused of abusing her children.

It's no secret that Jon and Kate Gosselin aren't winning a Parents of the Year award anytime soon. And nowhere is that more evident than in a recent article by Radar Online.

The site claims to have obtained court documents from Mr. Gosselin's civil custody case back in October, 2010. According to Jon's lawyers, Kate would throw away gifts that Jon bought for the children:

"Children have explained concern that they cannot safely bring any gifts, toys, pictures or stuffed animals home from Father's house...Mother takes them away, and throws them out...Children have independently decided to hide certain toys, etc. around their room but fear every day that they will be found and thrown away,"

Don't worry, Kate fans. No matter how damning the allegations, Kate Gosselin doesn't let the haters keep her down.

The fired Celebrity Apprentice star quickly took to social media to combat these claims. According to Inquistr, Kate is ready to fight:

After making headlines because of court documents that surfaced accusing Kate Gosselin of abusing her eight children, the mom and reality TV star took to social media to combat the allegations: 'Why spiteful court document allegations that were scoffed at/dismissed in court 5yrs ago r news 2day is beyond me.' She then added a hashtag that read, '#Some1DiggingDeep4APayDay.'"

What do you think about the latest reports? Do you think Kate throws away the kids' toys? Is Jon just saying anything he can to get custody?
