Time for another update in the rumored breakup of boyband One Direction. A new report suggests that Harry Styles and the rest of the boys are leaving Modest Management, following Zayne Malik's high-profile exit from One Direction. Are the rest of the boys quitting as well?
Despite claiming that the band is going to be as strong as ever, new fears have arisen that One Direction may be calling it quits.
The latest round of breakup claims stem from, you guessed it, Twitter. According to Inquistr, Louis Tomlinson has dropped Modest Management from his account:
"Reports are swirling that One Direction may have left their record label. Directioners have already crashed the Modest Management website since discovering their beloved boy band is no longer listed on there. The fans have also taken to Twitter...They're hoping that their new meltdown will get Zayn Malik to rejoin One Direction, according to Metro... The rumor started when Louis Tomlinson removed a reference to Modest Management from his Twitter bio."
An international incident nearly occurred last month, when it was revealed that Zayn Malik would be leaving the boyband.
Naturally, 12-year-old girls everywhere were worked into a frenzy, and even hunky crooner Harry Styles shed a tear for his departing bandmate.
Although the official reason for Zayn's exit was "stress," numerous media outlets have reported a different reason. According to Perez Hilton, it could be because Zayn was caught cheating:
"[Zayne leaving] comes just a day after the 22-year-old was berated for supposedly cheating on his longtime girlfriend and fiancé Perrie Edwards...Those speculations of infidelity emerged when Zayn was seen getting close with another girl that wasn't the Little Mix singer in Thailand."
