Pregnant Princess Kate Middleton Royal Baby Bump Watch on Move to Parent's House for Delivery Due Date and Gender Reveal? [UPDATE]

Kate Middleton, the pregnant real-life princess (sort of), has the world captivated by her royal baby bump. The entire nation is watching for the delivery and gender reveal. Today, Kate moved into her parent's house, shortly before her due date.

But, why would the lovely Kate Middleton leave her home in the Palace? According to official reports, conditions in the palace aren't as nice as you might think. The Christian Science Monitor reports:

"'It was just too warm in Nott Cott,' a source told us, referring to the Nottingham Cottage within the palace where Kate Middleton was staying. Fact: The Nottingham Cottage is a temporary home for the couple while their four-story, 20-room home at the estate is under construction."

The story comes just days after Prince William drew criticism for playing polo so close to Kate's due date. But, even princes have obligations that cannot be missed, and William, Duke of Cambridge, is no different.

Prince William was playing in a polo match at Kent & Curwen Royal Polo Cup in Sydmonton, England. Don't start judging the young prince right away, the polo match was for charity and garnered some considerable donations.

It wouldn't have made such major headlines, if Kate, herself, didn't reveal that she was scared William might miss the birth of their first child. Her fears were expressed in NOW Magazine, when a source spoke to the publication:

"Kate's worried he might not be around. She's feeling self-conscious because it's uncharted territory for both of them. While she's concerned he won't be there, Kate knows that William will do everything in his power not to let her down."

What irony. The prince could have missed his child's birth not because of a daring search and rescue mission...but because he was playing a game...on a horse.
