Recently, former Teen Wolf actor Colton Haynes left the hit CW series Arrow, no longer appearing a series regular. Now it appears the Arsenal actor will be returning for a guest spot in an upcoming episode. The plot synopsis for the second to the last episode has been released and it teases some pretty big spoilers, including the potential return of original Black Canary Sarah Lance played by Mad Men actress Caity Lotz.
The all new plot synopsis for the upcoming second to last episode of Arrow Season 3, titled “This is Your Sword,” has been released (via Comicbook.com):
“Al Sah-him takes his final steps to ascension; Roy and Thea reunite--Oliver/Al Sah-him (Stephen Amell) finishes his training and is left with two final tasks to become the next Ra’s al Ghul. Ra’s (guest star Matt Nable) threatens Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) and delivers some shocking news. Meanwhile, Malcolm (John Barrowman) makes a surprising offer to Team Arrow and Thea (Willa Holland) goes to see Roy (Colton Haynes). Wendey Stanzler directed the episode with story by Erik Oleson and teleplay by Ben Sokolowski & Brian Ford Sullivan (#322). Original air date 5/6/2015.”
Could the shocking news that Ra’s al Ghul confronts Nessa with be the resurrection of her beloved Sara Lance? Caity Lotz has been cast in the upcoming Arrow/Flash spin-off (possibly titled Legends of Tomorrow), but her role is still unknown?
