Mike Fisher Wife Carrie Underwood Performs New Album for Baby Boy Isaiah?

Carrie Underwood's little family may not have made it to the ACM Awards the other weekend, but don't think that Mike Fisher's American Idol wife isn't taking her music career very seriously. According to the latest gossip news updates, Carrie is currently in the studio with their brand new baby boy in tow. The "Something in the Water" singer recently even announced on Twitter that she has been performing some of the new songs for her son, Isaiah, and he seems to love them.

Carrie Underwood's 'Greatest Hits' album may still be tearing up the country music charts, but the Nashville superstar apparently isn't much content resting on her laurels.

The new mom recently announced on Twitter that not only was she already back in the studio working on yet another album, she had her sidekick in the recording booth letting her know which songs would be  real hits with the younger generation:

"Played some of the new music this morning for little Isaiah and he smiled from ear to ear the whole time!

"I think we're on the right track!"

While Carrie seems to never get tired of hearing the sound of her own voice, she recently told Time magazine that there are still a few things in this world that sound prettier than the pipes on Audra McDonald.

During a recent interview, the deeply religious singer explained that her Sound of Music Live! costar's voice was absolutely heaven sent (via CMT):

"I can honestly say that simply being in her presence was a gift.

"She is mesmerizing.

"I knew from the moment I heard her angelic voice that I was in the presence of greatness, and my thoughts about her were only intensified when I saw a glimpse of her amazing heart."

Amazingly, Carrie has also managed to find time to stay in shape through her pregnancy -- devoting time every day to keeping the rest of her body in as good a shape as her own spectacular voice (via ChristianToda):

"I still make it a point to be very active. Doing something, hiking, going for a run, lifting weights, boxing, doing things like that. It makes me feel good.

"It is great to do something for me, and that is something for me.

 "A little time, 20 minutes, 30 minutes."

Is there anything this woman can't do?
