It looks like Bravo is definitely getting its money's worth in new Season 10 Real Housewives of Orange County cast member, Katie Hamilton. According to the latest gossip news updates, now that the MLB wife is getting a divorce from her supposedly cocaine addicted husband, Josh, all sorts of accusations are coming to light -- like the reports the he once chased a pregnant Katie with a hammer. Heather Dubrow's husband Terry is letting folks know that you can expect his wife's demeanor to change a bit in the 2015 season as well. The reality TV show doctor claims that the Hot in Cleland actress was overly tense last year but is now feeling nice and relaxed.
While it seems pretty obvious from the outside looking in the Josh Hamilton's divorce to wife of more than a decade was triggered by his recent cocaine relapse and subsequent suspension form Major League Baseball, it turns out their marriage has had serious problems for years now.
In court documents from several years ago, Radar Online learned that Josh had acted a little too aggressively for Katie throughout their marriage -- at one point even obtaining a restraining order:
"Defendant has been erratic in his behavior...[He] has scared plaintiff and has broken into the house.
"He has put us in danger - having drugs in our home...chasing [Katie] with a hammer when she was pregnant."
After being married to such a hot head all those years, it might interest Katie to know that her new co-star, Heather Dubrow, is going to be keeping it chillaxed in 2015.
During a recent interview with Radar Online the Botched star explained that last year she might have been wound up a little tight, but in Season 10 Heather is going to be as cool as Matthew McConaughey at a strip club in Austin:
"I think Heather last season was shown in a light that wasn't exactly her.
"She's now more relaxed, more unbuttoned, and now the truth is she has real and significant relationships with the girls on the show."
Perhaps, Heather needs to get Josh Hamilton on whatever worked at getting her to chill out...though he'd probably just wind up abusing it.
