DC Comics has found great success with their TV properties, including The CW’s Arrow and The Flash. Now the network is working on a spin-off/crossover series featuring severl characters from both series. Now, Arrow star Stephen Amell (TMNT 2) is opening about crossing over with the new series, as well as one character that will be shared by all.
Recently at Fan Expo Canada, Stephen Amell announced that he, and others, will be crossover on the new spin-off (Comicbook.com):
"I would imagine that I will be appearing on all three shows. I would imagine that we will be sprinkling characters in. I know that there's a plan for one character who originated on Arrow and is not one of the main characters on the new spinoff to sort of hover between all three shows and that will be their job, so to speak. So you'll see a lot of interconnectivity next year."

The new spin-off’s known cast includes: Arrow’s Atom, Ray Palmer ( Superman Returns’ Brandon Routh) The original Black Canary, Sara Lance (Mad Men’s Caity Lotz), as well as The Flash’s Heat Wave Mick Rory (Prison Break’s Dominic Purcell), Captain Cold, Leonard Snart (Prison Break’sWentworth Miller) and at least one half of Firestorm, Dr. Martin Stein (Godspell’s Victor Garber). Also joining the cast is Hawkgirl (Ciara Renée) and Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill).
