It is officially, one of TV’s best couples are getting back together this summer. No not Ross & Rachel, Sam & Diane, Lucas & Sami or Scully and Mulder. We are talking about Will Graham and Dr. Hannibal Lecter. That is right, Hugh Dancy and Mads Mikkelsen are coming back to NBC this June on an all new night, for the third season of the dark drama, Hannibal. Recently, showrunner Bryan Fuller, opened up about the two old friends reuniting in Season 3.
After last season’s bloody farewell, you might think that Will wouldn’t have too many nice things to say to Hannibal. However, executive producers, Bryan Fuller is teasing a happy reunion. Recently Fuller spoke to Digital Spy, about what happens when Will and Hannibal meet up again:
"There's a scene that is so touching, when they're finally reunited and able to have a conversation. Mads and Hugh and their friendship are such amazing assets to the show, and you see all of that. It's like 'It's really good to see you, but this is a terrible situation that we're in, and you're actually a terrible person, but I've found a way to forgive you in the way you forgive a shark for being a shark'."
