Spoiler Alert: Tonight, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is all new with another Avengers 2: Age of Ultron tie-in. Jackson) got the Helicarrier from at the end of Avengers 2.
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., titled Scars,“ reads:
“Skye feels conflicted about whether to side with S.H.I.E.L.D. or the Inhumans as the two groups grow further apart. Meanwhile, Agent Coulson shares a secret he's kept from everyone.”
Fans of Marvel’s Avengers 2: Age of Ultron will note that it was a little weird that Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) had access to a helicarrier at the end of the film, after S.H.I.E.L.D. disbanded in Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier. Now, Marvel’s president of production, Kevin Feige, has opened up about the plot hole, telling Slash Film that we will get answers to that burning question on this week’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.:
“I think it’s fair to say you could fill in some of those blanks in the coming weeks on Tuesday at 9.”
Could we see Nick Fury on this week’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? Could that be the big secret that Coulson has kept from everyone as teased in the plot preview? Last week’s episode teased it with Coulson leaking a “spoiler” to Gonzales, during the tie-in scene.
